scope of application
Suitable for painting projects such as indoor and outdoor walls, wooden entrance doors, guardrails, railings, steel structures, color steel tiles, etc.
Theoretical paint consumption
One layer: 8~10m ²/kg (dry film thickness of 30 microns)
The drying time may vary with different environmental temperatures and humidity; the theoretical dosage is only applicable to white and light colored products, and the actual dosage may vary depending on the construction method, surface dryness and roughness, and construction environment
Drying time: 2 hours/25 ° C Repainting time: 6 hours or more/25 ° C
Substrate processing
① New substrate surface: Remove surface dust, oil stains, and other contaminants to ensure a clean, dry, and smooth surface.
② Old substrate surface: Remove surface oil stains, floating rust, loose, cracked old paint films, etc. until the surface is firm and flat, and wipe clean.
③ For rusted iron tools, surface rust must be removed and wiped clean. Manzz water-based rust free metal primer can be used before subsequent construction.
④ Before painting the wooden substrate, it is necessary to apply 1-2 coats of Manzz water-based wood sealant; When applying the topcoat, follow the principle of thin coating multiple times. When applying the second coat, the first coat should be completely dry, with a minimum interval of 6 hours and 24 hours being the best; Keep the environment ventilated and do not carry out construction when the temperature is below 5 ℃ and the humidity is above 80%; Recommended for facades, not for flat surfaces. Please use our professional water-based wood paint for flat wood construction.
⑤ If used for walls, it must be reinforced with penetrating primer and putty layer. The putty layer must be hard before continuing to apply this product. When applying the topcoat, follow the principle of thin coating multiple times. When applying the second coat, the first coat should be completely dry with a minimum interval of 6 hours.
Construction technology
precautions
Before painting, it should be confirmed that the substrate meets the painting requirements;
Painting should be carried out within a temperature range of 5-35 ℃, and the required air humidity for painting should be less than 80%;
Control the coating interval, and only apply the next coat of paint after reaching the recoating time. A too short recoating interval can cause slow drying of the underlying paint film, wrinkling, and other problems.
If spraying construction is carried out in a closed environment, it is recommended to add forced ventilation devices to accelerate drying.
If used for stainless steel, galvanized and other substrates, it is recommended to first polish and apply Manzz stainless steel primer before applying this product. It is not suitable for plastic substrates.
