Manzz Water-Based Wood Paint

Scope of application:

Mainly used for the coating of wooden and rattan materials, such as high-end furniture, interior decoration, various solid wood and thin sheet dining tables, coffee tables, wooden products, bed sets and other wooden furniture construction, especially suitable for the renovation of public places.

Substrate processing:

Surface treatment of new wood: Before construction, use sandpaper to polish along the wood grain until the surface of the substrate is smooth, and wipe it clean.

Surface treatment of old furniture: Thoroughly polish the old paint film into a frosted glass shape and wipe it clean before construction. Note that due to the diversity of old paint coatings, it is recommended to conduct local testing first to confirm the coating effect before proceeding with large-scale construction.

Construction method:

Manzz Pure Flavor Waterborne Wood Paint can be applied by brushing or spraying methods. For large-scale construction, spraying is recommended. For general flat and vertical surfaces, thin brushing or spraying is recommended. For thick brushing on flat surfaces, polyester brushes are recommended.

Usually, after the last coat of primer is applied, it needs to be sanded flat to remove surface impurities before continuing to apply the topcoat.

Recommended process:

Each construction interval should be at least 4 hours.
