Scope of use

Suitable for waterproof construction of concrete base layer and reinforcement of concrete loose layer.

Suitable for reinforcing and waterproofing cement walls before tiling or applying putty to interior walls.

Not suitable for painting on putty surfaces.

Product Features

This product is a blue lotion shaped, single component waterproof coating modified by multi-functional polymer and special additives, which can improve the strong combination of putty and cement wall, and prevent hollowing, powdering and other wall problems.

Excellent waterproof performance, seamless connection, forming a complete waterproof film on the base layer, and the dried coating has excellent water resistance.

After the coating dries and solidifies, it can directly proceed to the next process without the need for watering or maintenance.

Reference amount

It is recommended to apply 5-6 square meters of paint per kilogram. The actual brushing area may vary depending on the construction method and surface roughness, measured at a dry film thickness of 30 microns.

Usage instructions

Stir evenly before use.

The base surface before applying this product should be free of grease, dust, and loose substances. Newly constructed walls must be fully dried, with a surface moisture content of less than 10% and a pH value below 10.

This product can be painted using paint sweep or roller method, usually requiring two coats. Under normal circumstances, the interval between each coat should be at least 4 hours (based on touch dry at 25 ℃). During winter construction, the recoating time should be appropriately extended.

During construction, it is required that the base temperature should not be lower than 5 ℃ or the environmental humidity should not exceed 85%.

Used tools should be immediately cleaned with soap and warm water. Do not reuse utensils that have come into contact with different types and performance paints. If necessary, the residue should be removed and thoroughly cleaned before use.

For smooth surfaces, it is recommended to first roughen the surface. This product can be mixed with cement in a 1:1 ratio using an electric mixer and then roughened. After it dries and solidifies, this product can be applied.

If tiling is required after applying this product, it is recommended to use Manzz Strong Ceramic Tile Adhesive (backing adhesive) and ceramic tile adhesive that meets national standards.

For loose base layers, it is recommended to apply 1-2 coats of Manzz alkali resistant soda water first until there is no floating ash on the surface and the base layer is hard before applying this product.

For the renovation of old walls with putty removed, it is necessary to clean them thoroughly and apply 1-2 coats of Manzz alkali resistant soda water. The surface should be free of floating ash and the base layer should be hard before applying this product.

For new cement mortar walls, if the surface is hard, this product can be directly applied.
