Usage parameters

This product is a black brown liquid, packaged in plastic drums, cool and dry, and stored in a sealed environment at 5-35 ℃.

Reference dosage: The coating thickness is 1.0mm, and the dosage is about 1.6-2.0 kg/㎡.

Construction technology

Base treatment

The construction base must be solid, flat, clean, and dry; Otherwise, it may cause phenomena such as hollowing, peeling, and detachment from the base surface.

Check the strength of the base surface with a gray knife, and there are no obvious scratches or loose objects;

Clean up any protrusions, gravel lumps, etc. on the base surface;

The holes should be repaired and leveled;

Areas with large flatness errors and unevenness should be repaired and leveled with water or cement mortar first;

Oil stains, dust, etc. should be cleaned thoroughly;

It is recommended to use elastic repair glue to repair the cracks when slotting.

Repair and treat expansion joints, internal and external corners, pipe roots, and/or drainage outlets and other joint areas; A non-woven fabric should be laid as a reinforcement layer between the second and third passes;

It is recommended to use synthetic polymer sealing materials to fill and compact expansion joints;

The internal and external corners, pipe roots, and drainage outlets should be repaired;

Large scale construction

Use a roller or brush to evenly apply the Manzz Kuaishi Bao water-based liquid roll material in a cross pattern for two to three times, with an interval of about 2-4 hours between each application. Only when it does not stick to the feet can the next application be carried out.

Closed water test

After multiple coats, the average thickness of the coating should not be less than 0.6-1.5 millimeters, or meet the requirements of engineering design. The natural drying of the coating requires more than 48 hours, and the drying time should be extended in winter before conducting the closed water test. The coating has ultra-high elasticity and elastic recovery ability, effectively resisting base shrinkage and deformation.

precautions

It is recommended to apply Manzz Quick Shibao colored flooring for sealing and reinforcement treatment before construction. After the flooring is completely dry and solidified, Manzz Quick Shibao water-based liquid coil construction can be carried out.

The non pedestrian activity area can be exposed, and a mortar protective layer should be laid in the pedestrian activity area.

If the substrate is loose or dense and requires special treatment (such as polishing), you can consult a sales representative.

When carrying out the next construction process, attention should be paid not to damage the waterproof coating layer to avoid affecting the coating effect.

The characteristic of high-temperature softening of Manzz Kuaishi Bao water-based liquid roll is that it may cause foot sticking during high-temperature construction. It is recommended to use it at a construction temperature of 5-30 ℃, and in summer, it is recommended to use it in the morning and evening.
