Product Introduction

Manzz Solid Sand Treasure is a water-based and environmentally friendly liquid material. Mainly used for sanding treatment of concrete and cement surfaces, as well as reinforcement treatment of new and old concrete base layers, mortar layers, and putty layers with powder removal, to improve the surface strength of concrete and cement surfaces, solve problems such as concrete dusting, easy weathering, hollowing, peeling, non wear resistance, oil penetration, and easy cracking.

Reinforcement, alkali resistance, and sealing treatment of mortar/concrete base surfaces with low indoor and outdoor strength;

Reinforcement treatment of putty layer;

Used for bottom protection and sealing reinforcement of putty layer before pasting wallpaper;

Used for pre base reinforcement treatment of waterproof products such as liquid rolls and high elasticity leak proof films;

Sand removal reinforcement during the renovation of old walls. Strong adhesion and excellent coverage;

Construction technology

The surface before painting should be free of grease, dust, and loose substances. Newly constructed walls must be fully dried, and the surface moisture content of the wall or putty must be less than 10%, with a pH value below 10.

Used tools should be immediately cleaned with soap and warm water. Do not reuse utensils that have come into contact with different types and performance paints. If necessary, the residue should be removed and thoroughly cleaned before use.

This product can be painted using brush coating, roller coating, or spray coating methods, with a surface drying time of 2 hours (based on touch dry at 25 ° C)

This product has low viscosity and needs to be stirred evenly before use. It can be diluted with water and mixed with 10-30% water.

During construction, it is required that the base temperature should not be lower than 5 ° C and the environmental humidity should not exceed 85%.

The theoretical paint consumption of this product is 10-12 square meters per kilogram for each coat. The actual coating area may vary depending on the construction method and surface roughness. For looser base layers, it is recommended to apply two coats.

This product must be stored in a cool and dry place to prevent frost (not lower than 5 ° C).
