Construction Details

Parameter usage:

When the coating thickness is about 1.0mm, the dosage is 1.5-2.0kg/m2 (the specific dosage depends on the condition of the base layer and the thickness of the waterproof layer)

Grassroots requirements:

① The base layer should be flat, sturdy, clean, and free of hollowing. All dust, oil stains, and other loose materials should be removed. If there are obvious pores, cracks, etc. in the cement base layer, it should be repaired and leveled with cement mortar or sealant; ② The internal and external corners, pipe openings, and other parts should be made into circular arcs with cement mortar or leak sealing agents; ③ Ensure that the base layer is dry and free from visible or accumulated water, with a moisture content of less than 10%.

Construction:

① Base reinforcement: Use the interface agent provided in the bucket to reinforce the base layer, and pay attention to applying it evenly. After it is completely dry, proceed to the next process; ② Waterproof coating and mesh cloth should be used to reinforce areas that are prone to leakage, such as corners, pipe openings, floor drains, and joint seams; ③ Large area waterproof coating: Use a brush or roller to evenly apply waterproof coating to the base layer to be constructed, paying attention to brushing the facade first and then the flat surface. Generally, 2-3 coats are needed, and the subsequent construction must wait until the previous coat is dry before proceeding. Brush in a cross pattern, without any omissions or accumulation.

Water testing and acceptance:

After the coating is cured for 3-5 days and completely dried (temperature 25 ℃, humidity 50%, extended drying time for low temperature and high humidity), the closed water test can be carried out. The closed water time should not be less than 24 hours, and no leakage is considered qualified.

This product can be exposed;

Outdoor construction is not allowed on rainy days, and there should be no visible water on the ground during construction;

When using this product on the ground, it is recommended not to mix it with water. For other areas, it can be mixed with water appropriately, with a recommended maximum of 10%;

It is necessary to first apply the matching interface agent in the bucket to reinforce the base layer; After drying, check the hardness of the base layer before proceeding with the next construction;

If the substrate is loose or highly dense, special treatment is required (such as polishing, applying two coats of interface agent or water-based epoxy floor sealing primer).
