Product Introduction

Manzz Porcelain Delimei Sewing Adhesive is a reactive two-component sewing material composed of high-quality polymer resin, specialized curing agent, and various pigments (color powder, particles). After curing, it is easy to clean, leaves no stains, is stain resistant and water-resistant, has brilliant colors, is convenient to apply, and has long-lasting and efficient properties. It is an ideal substitute material for traditional tile grout.

This product is suitable for filling and beautifying the gaps of ceramic tiles, mosaics, and ceramic bathroom products installed in homes, hotels, villas, bathrooms, kitchens, etc.

Construction technology

Gap and surface cleaning:

Use a craft knife to remove residues (such as glass glue and white cement) from the gaps, and clean them with a cloth, brush, or vacuum cleaner to make the tile gaps dry and free of debris;

Polishing tiles, glazed tiles, glazed bricks, and other ceramic surfaces with smooth surfaces can be directly applied without applying decorative paper. For antique tiles with rough surfaces or high water absorption rates, it is recommended to use decorative paper to apply it flat and straight to both sides of the gap for protection before construction.

Filling and sealing treatment:

Install the specialized glue nozzle for Manzz porcelain Delimei sewing glue and install it into the dedicated power assisted glue gun; Press the glue gun and knock off about 30cm of glue in front to avoid uneven mixing; Start gluing, keep your hands steady and your speed balanced during the gluing process. 10 minutes after gluing, use a circular stick to scrape and straighten the glue.

Cleaning treatment:

After the construction is completed, use a long pole shovel to remove the solidified gel around the gap. The general curing time is 4-12 hours (slightly different due to different ambient temperatures).

Ensure that the construction surface is clean and dry, free of oil stains, dust, and debris;

In order to obtain the best lines and planes after construction, please stick the decorative paper before construction and use a circular rod to scrape the surface flat after construction;

If the glue is not continuously applied for 30 minutes during the construction process, the glue in the mixing tube nozzle has already started to solidify. At this time, a new mixing nozzle needs to be replaced, otherwise it is easy to cause leakage of glue at the tail and damage to the glue gun;

At the beginning, it is not recommended to use a front end of about 30cm to avoid uneven mixing and poor bonding effect;

If applied to ceramic tile joints, the adhesive should be applied at a depth of 3-4mm to avoid poor effect caused by bottom penetration;

To achieve the best results, avoid contact with acids and strong detergents during the seven day curing period;

The ambient temperature during construction should be between 5 ℃ and 35 ℃. If the temperature is too low in winter and there is high resistance during construction, it can be soaked in warm water before construction; In summer, if the temperature is too high and there is slight sagging in the vertical joints of the wall, it can be soaked in cold water before construction; Not suitable for outdoor use.
