Manzz Quick Shibao Matte Wall Paint is an interior wall paint refined using a matte formula and advanced production technology. This product combines a washable formula to form a unique protective layer on the surface of the paint film. The paint film is hard and has strong covering and adhesion properties, which can effectively cover the substrate. The painting area is large, the construction is convenient, the cost-effectiveness is high, and it is matched with ultra matte gloss without glare or glare, giving you a fresh and elegant wall effect.
Usage instructions
Please use Manzz alkali resistant primer in combination.
The surface before painting should be free of grease, dust, and loose substances. Newly constructed walls must be fully dried, and the surface moisture content of the wall (or putty) must be less than 10%, with a pH value below 10.
Used tools should be immediately cleaned with soap and warm water. Do not reuse utensils that have come into contact with different types and performance coatings. If necessary, the residue should be removed and thoroughly cleaned before use.
Before using this product, please stir it evenly.
This product can be painted by brushing, rolling, or spraying methods, usually requiring two coats. Under normal circumstances, the interval between each coat should be at least 2 hours (based on touch dry at 25 ℃). During winter construction, the recoating time should be appropriately extended; Do not polish the final coat of paint.
During construction, it is required that the base temperature should not be lower than 5 ℃ and the environmental humidity should not exceed 85%.
This product needs to be diluted with water, usually adding one part of water (dilution ratio of 10% -20%) to 5 to 10 parts of wall paint.
When applying dark colored products, it is recommended to use the same colored primer and not dilute the topcoat with water. If necessary for construction, please control the dilution ratio within 5% and increase the number of coats appropriately until satisfactory results are achieved.
It is not recommended to use semi outdoor spaces that are exposed to sunlight, such as school corridors, terraces, etc.
In theory, the paint consumption of this product is 8-10 square meters per kilogram (based on a dry film of 30 microns), usually applied twice to achieve the best effect. The actual brushing area varies depending on the construction method and surface roughness.
This product must be stored in a cool and dry place to prevent frost (not lower than 5 ℃).
