The surface of the scaffold before painting should be completely free of grease, dust, and loose substances. Remove protruding substances such as cement and rust from the surface.

Used tools should be immediately cleaned with soap and warm water. Do not reuse utensils that have come into contact with different types and performance paints. If necessary, the residue should be removed and thoroughly cleaned before use.

Water based frame pipe paint can be applied using paint sweeping, rolling or spraying methods, usually requiring two coats. Under normal circumstances, the interval between each coat should be at least 2 hours (based on touch dry at 25 ℃). During winter construction, the recoating time should be appropriately extended.

Water based frame pipe paint can be diluted with water at a dilution ratio of about 5%, such as gray. For brightly colored products, it is recommended to apply directly, such as yellow, bright red, etc., and cannot be diluted with water. If bright colors are mixed with water or mixed with too much water, problems such as not covering the bottom, exposing the original color of the substrate, poor rust prevention performance, poor weather resistance, poor water resistance, sagging, cracking, and slow drying speed may occur.

Water based frame pipe paint dries quickly at temperatures above 25 ℃ and humidity below 80%, taking about 2 hours to dry. If the temperature is below 5 ℃ and the humidity is above 80%, construction cannot be carried out on rainy days.

Water based products are different from oil-based products and need to be constructed according to the requirements of water-based products.
