Manzz Water-borne Universal Anti-stain and Wear-resistant Topcoat (Glossy Two-component)

Two group classification of waterborne epoxy, waterborne polyurethane, etc.:

① Primer, one coat: After processing and cleaning the concrete substrate, the primer can be applied (roller coating or brush coating). The roller coating (short haired roller) or brush coating should be uniform and of consistent thickness. This primer can enhance the strength of the substrate and increase the adhesion of the coating to the substrate.

② (1-3mm) Mortar layer: used to further reinforce the base layer and enhance the bearing capacity. Design the construction process according to the required thickness. The process is similar to oil-based products, but the difference is that quartz sand needs to be graded. (Coarse sand should be used in combination with fine sand quartz powder, medium sand should also be used in combination with quartz powder, and fine sand and quartz powder should be used in combination to improve the filling rate.)

③ Putty twice: apply by scraping, used to increase thickness and compressive strength of the coating, and seal pores. The requirement is to achieve a flat and non porous surface, no bottom penetration, no floating sand, no sand holes on the surface, and a relatively uniform thickness.

④ Topcoat, two coats: Roll or brush the floor coating surface twice. After completion, the overall floor should have a soft, clean, uniform color, no hollowing, and no exposed base.

⑤ Clear coat, one coat: After finishing the topcoat, mix the clear coat according to the ratio and apply it by roller or brush coating. Polishing can enhance the wear resistance and gloss of the coating.
