Manzz Alkali-resistant Sikkens (Penetrating Type)

Characteristic:

Strong permeability, effectively reinforcing putty and loose substrate.

Strong adhesion, effectively improving the adhesion between latex paint film and wall surface.

Main ingredients: modified acrylic copolymer, water-based additives, and water.  

Usage instructions:

The surface before painting should be free of grease, dust, and loose substances. Newly constructed walls must be fully dried, and the surface moisture content of the wall (or putty) must be less than 10%, with a pH value below 10.

Used tools should be immediately cleaned with soap and warm water. Do not reuse utensils that have come into contact with different types and performance paints. If necessary, the residue should be removed and thoroughly cleaned before use.

This product can be painted using brush coating, roller coating, or spray coating methods, with a surface drying time of 2 hours (based on touch drying at 25 ℃).

This product needs to be diluted with water, usually adding one part of water to 5 to 10 parts of primer (dilution ratio 10-20%), and thoroughly stirring before construction.

If it is necessary to apply dark colored topcoat products, it is recommended to use the same colored primer, and the topcoat should not be diluted with water. If construction requires it, please control the dilution ratio within 5% and increase the number of coats appropriately until satisfactory results are achieved.

During construction, it is required that the base temperature should not be lower than 5 ℃ and the environmental humidity should not exceed 85%.

The theoretical paint consumption of this product is 10 to 12 square meters per coat per kilogram (calculated based on a dry film of 30 microns). The actual brushing area may vary depending on the construction method and surface roughness.

This product must be stored in a cool and dry place to prevent frost (not lower than 5 ℃).
