Scope of use:
Waterproof repair of leakage on the exterior walls of various buildings, anti-corrosion and anti-seepage coating of inorganic materials such as wall tiles, marble, granite, and cement-based materials.
New and old roof walls, new and old basements, parking platforms, civil air defense engineering anti-seepage and moisture-proof, irregular structures, complex parts and other decorative waterproofing (anti mold) anti-corrosion, not suitable for ground waterproofing.
Construction method:
Waterproofing of ceramic tile surface: The base surface should be thoroughly cleaned, dried, oil-free, dust-free, and repaired to eliminate cracks and honeycombs. Hand brushing or rolling coating should be used to fully cover the surface.
● Cement based concrete: The foundation surface should be dense, firm, and dry. Waterproof putty is required for uneven and cracked areas. Generally, 2-3 coats are sufficient for brushing. When brushing, it is important to note that the previous coat is dry and non stick, and the next coat should be applied by hand. The direction of brushing should be criss crossing. The interval time between each layer shall be based on whether the previous layer is coated firmly or not, and the maximum coating interval time shall not exceed 36 hours. The seam of the material should be straight. In case of rainy and humid environment, construction should not be carried out.
After the completion of the waterproof layer construction, all parts of the entire project should be carefully inspected, especially the tiles, and the coating should not be missed, layered, curled, or cracked. Identify the cause of the problem and promptly fix it.

1 kilogram can be applied to 3-4 square meters, but the actual application area may vary depending on the construction method and surface finish.
matters needing attention:
Grassroots treatment: The grassroots must be flat, firm, clean, and free of visible water. The internal and external corners should be made into a curved surface, and the original cracked and bulging waterproof layer and dust should be removed. The low-lying and damaged areas should be repaired and leveled first, and there should be no visible water or water leakage. Special areas such as separation joints should be sealed with flexible coating first. Generally, the internal and external corners should be painted first, then the vertical surface, and finally the large-scale construction should be carried out.
Painting construction: Generally, two to three coats of painting should be done in a cross pattern, with no omissions.
Construction temperature: Construction must be carried out at a temperature of 5C or above.
