Dilution ratio:
It is recommended not to dilute with water. If necessary for construction, please control the dilution ratio within 5% and increase the number of coats appropriately until satisfactory results are achieved.
Construction system:
If the metal roof is severely rusted, the surface rust must be thoroughly removed, and then a layer of anti rust primer must be applied before applying this product.
Apply a uniform coat of Keno alkali resistant primer and wait for it to dry before applying two thin coats of this product. After the first coat dries, apply the second coat with an interval of about 4 hours.
Paint consumption:
In theory, each kilogram of this product is sufficient to apply 8-10 square meters per coat (based on a dry film of 30 microns), usually twice to achieve the best effect. The actual brushing area may vary depending on the construction method and surface roughness.
For a more significant insulation effect, it is recommended not to use color grading.
