Construction suggestions
Please use Manzz water-based exterior wall primer in conjunction.
The surface before painting should be free of grease, dust, and loose substances. Newly constructed walls must be fully dried, and the surface moisture content of the wall (or putty) must be less than 10%, with a pH value below 10.
Used tools should be immediately cleaned with soap and warm water. Do not reuse utensils that have come into contact with different types and performance paints. If necessary, the residue should be removed and thoroughly cleaned before use.
Manzz heat reflection insulation exterior wall paint can be painted using paint sweeping, rolling or spraying methods, usually requiring two coats. Under normal circumstances, the interval between each coat should be at least 2 hours (based on touch dry at 25 ℃). During winter construction, the recoating time should be appropriately extended; Do not polish the final coat of paint.
During construction, it is required that the base temperature should not be lower than 10 ℃ or the environmental humidity should not exceed 85%.
Manzz heat reflective insulation exterior wall paint needs to be diluted with water, usually adding one tenth of water (dilution ratio of 10% -20%) to 5 to 10 parts of wall paint.
When using dark colored products for construction, it is recommended not to dilute them with water. If necessary for construction, the dilution ratio should be controlled within 5% and the number of coats should be appropriately increased until satisfactory results are achieved.
Safety precautions
The paint can must be tightly sealed and kept out of reach of children.
Wear a suitable mask when polishing the wall, and it is best to wear protective goggles when using paint.
Ensure a good ventilation environment for use and pending projects.
Do not smell or breathe the paint mist generated during spraying.
When spraying in conditions of insufficient ventilation, appropriate oxygen supply equipment should be provided.
If accidentally splashed into the eyes, immediately rinse with plenty of water and seek medical attention.
If the paint splashes onto the skin, it should be wiped off first, and then washed with soap or a suitable cleaning agent and water.
Do not pour paint into sewers or drainage pipes.
Dispose of waste paint in accordance with environmental regulations.
