Product IntroductionSandFix (Penetrating Type) is a single-component, water-based, environmentally friendly liquid material. It is primarily used for sanding treatment of concrete and cement surfaces, as well as for reinforcing new and old concrete substrates, mortar layers, and putty layers prone to powdering. It can also serve as a primer before applying acrylic floor coatings or as an interface agent before rubber waterproofing, enhancing the surface strength of concrete and cement. This addresses issues such as dusting, weathering, hollowing, spalling, poor abrasion resistance, oil penetration, and crack susceptibility in concrete surfaces.Scope of applicationReinforcement, alkali resistance, and sealing treatment for indoor and outdoor mortar/concrete surfaces with excessively low strength;• Reinforcement treatment of the putty layer;• Used for applying putty layers before wallpapering for protection, sealing, and reinforcement;• Used for the preliminary base reinforcement treatment of waterproof products such as rubber waterproofing;• As the primer for acrylic flooring;• Sanding and reinforcement during old wall renovation.construction technologyThe surface must be completely free of oil, dust, and loose material before painting. Newly constructed walls must be fully dry, and the moisture content on the wall or putty surface must be less than 10%, with a pH value below 10.• Used tools must be promptly cleaned with soap and water. Reusing tools that have come into contact with different types or performance-grade paints is prohibited. If necessary, residual materials must be removed and the tools thoroughly cleaned before reuse.• This product can be applied by brushing, rolling, or spraying. The surface drying time is 2 hours (25°C, touch dry as the standard)• This product has low viscosity and requires thorough stirring before use. It can be diluted with water, with a recommended dilution ratio of 10-20%.• During construction, the base temperature must not be below 5°C and the ambient humidity must not exceed 85%.• Theoretically, this product can cover 6-10㎡ per kg per coat. The actual coverage may vary depending on the construction method and surface roughness. For relatively loose substrates, two coats are recommended.
