Product Introduction

Manzz colorful stone paint is a new type of colorful stone like paint made of high weather resistance silicon modified acrylic lotion, rutile titanium white, high hardness sand and functional additives. Through simple spraying, a colorful and vividly textured stone effect is formed, reflecting the solemn, elegant, and luxurious decorative effect of the building, with a long service life.

Manzz Colorful Marble Paint is a composite suspension dispersion coating that contains two or more naturally shaped small water-based colored particles of different colors in a continuous phase. It combines the characteristics of water in sand, real stone paint, latex paint, and artistic paint. The ultra-low consumption presents a superior stone like effect while saving transportation costs.

Construction method and coating system matching

Step 1 (Base Surface Treatment): Before construction, remove the dirt, dust, and other attachments on the base surface, and wait for the base surface to dry before construction.

Step 2 (Leveling Putty): Use tools such as scrapers, shovels, and rulers to level the putty and level the base surface.

Step three (alkali resistant sealing): After polishing and curing, apply a layer of water-based colorful special transparent primer.

Step 4 (Drawing Lines and Seams): Draw the exterior wall Haige paint of the partition joint, divide the joints according to the design, mark them horizontally, draw lines, position them, and protect them with colored paper tape.

Step 5 (Main Color): Apply a layer of colorful granite paint to ensure even application.

Step 6 (Imitation Stone Effect): Use a professional colorful spray gun to spray colorful hemp stone paint with colored dots twice.

Step 7 (Cleaning): After the surface is dry, clean the corrugated paper tape and impurities in the partition joint.

Step 8 (Durable Protection): After drying, apply water-based colorful special gloss paint.

precautions

1. The main material of colorful granite paint does not require filtration and does not add water.

2. It is necessary to use matching primer and topcoat, and select different matching primers according to different substrate conditions.

3. Different batches of materials may have slightly different colors, so when constructing on the same side, it is advisable to avoid using multiple batches of products as much as possible. When repairing, please use the same batch of materials and apply the same coating method with the same thickness. The repaired area may be slightly noticeable, please be aware.

4. The color of the intermediate coat and the color of the colored dots must be used together, otherwise there will be differences in the color produced during construction.

5. Due to differences in the thickness, precision, and spraying techniques of the color palette production, there may be differences in the actual application effect on a large area, which is a normal phenomenon. The company's color palette is for reference only and does not serve as an acceptance standard.

6. Construction can only be carried out when the pH value of the wall and putty is ≤ 10; Construction can only be carried out when the temperature is above 5 ℃, the wind speed is below level 4, and the humidity is below 85%. Be careful not to carry out construction in the rain.

7. The areas where there is cross construction need to be covered and protected to avoid pollution.

8. This product is a water-based coating, and organic solvent contamination should be avoided.

9. This product must be stored in a cool and dry place to prevent frost (not lower than 5 ℃)

10. Coatings should be protected from severe cold and direct sunlight during transportation, storage, and use, and should be stored indoors at 5-35 ℃.
