Product Introduction

Manzz Huwaibao alkali resistant primer is suitable for surfaces such as masonry structures and concrete. It can seal the base layer, resist alkaline substances seeping out of the cement layer, prevent discoloration of the topcoat, and improve the overall fullness of the coating. Paired with the Manzz topcoat series, it can comprehensively enhance the various functions of the topcoat, achieving the desired brushing effect.

Usage instructions

The surface before painting should be free of grease, dust, and loose substances. Newly constructed walls must be fully dried, and the surface moisture content of the wall (or putty) must be less than 10%, with a pH value below 10.

Manzz Huwaibao alkali resistant primer is suitable for painting by rolling, brushing or spraying methods, with a surface drying time of 2 hours.

Manzz Huwaibao alkali resistant primer should be diluted with water, usually adding one part of water to 5 to 10 parts of the primer (dilution ratio of 10-20%), and thoroughly stirred before construction.

Do not work in environments with temperatures below 5 ℃ or humidity exceeding 85%. Used tools should be immediately cleaned with soap and warm water.

The theoretical painting consumption of Manzz Huwaibao alkali resistant primer is 1 kilogram, which can be applied 8 to 10 square meters per coat (based on a dry film of 30 microns). The actual brushing area may vary depending on the construction method and surface roughness.

Manzz protective primer must be stored in a cool and dry place to prevent frost (not lower than 5 ℃).
