Usage parameters

Main components: inorganic liquid silicate, inorganic composite filler, additives, water.

● Salt and alkali resistance: No foaming, peeling or cracking after 96 hours.

Dry paint film thickness: 30-50 u m/layer

Drying time: Surface drying takes about 2 hours, actual drying takes 7 days/25 ℃, and sufficient curing takes more than 20 days.

● Repainting time: not less than 2 hours

Construction technology

Stir evenly before use.

The surface before painting should be free of grease, dust, and loose substances. Newly constructed walls must be fully dried, and the surface moisture content of the wall (or putty) must be less than 10%, with a pH value below 10.

Used tools should be immediately cleaned with soap and warm water. Do not reuse utensils that have come into contact with different types and performance paints. If necessary, the residue should be removed and thoroughly cleaned before use.

This product can be painted using paint sweep, roller or spray methods, usually requiring two coats. Under normal circumstances, the interval between each coat should be at least 2 hours (based on touch dry at 25 ℃). During winter construction, the recoating time should be appropriately extended; Do not polish the final coat of paint.

During construction, it is required that the base temperature should be between ℃ and 25 ℃ or the environmental humidity should not exceed 85%.

When using dark colored products for construction, it is recommended not to dilute them with water. If necessary for construction, please control the dilution ratio within 5% and increase the number of coats appropriately until satisfactory results are achieved.

Manzz inorganic mineral coating has a longer drying time than ordinary wall paint, usually taking 14 to 21 days to reach the best paint film state.

Store in a sealed container, in a cool, ventilated, and dry warehouse, protected from direct sunlight, and the storage environment temperature should be maintained at 5-35 ° C; During storage, it is normal for precipitation to occur between C. Stir evenly before use.

During construction, air circulation should be maintained and the area should be kept away from direct sunlight and heat sources.

If it comes into contact with the eyes, it should be immediately washed with plenty of water and treated by a doctor.
