Construction suggestions

It is recommended to use Manzz Iron Lishui Paint as a rust proof primer.

New substrate surface: Remove surface dust, oil stains, and other contaminants to ensure a clean, dry, and smooth surface.

Surface of old substrate: Remove surface oil stains, floating rust, loose, cracked old paint film, etc. until the surface is firm and flat, polish and wipe clean.

Galvanized and stainless steel substrates are recommended to be polished and then coated with Manzz water-based stainless steel primer. Not suitable for use as a base material for aluminum products.

For rusted substrates, surface rust must be thoroughly removed and coated with water-based anti rust primer, or with Manzz water-based rust free metal primer after removing loose floating rust, before proceeding with subsequent construction.

Before using this product, please stir it evenly.

Water addition ratio: To achieve the best brushing effect, the amount of water added during brushing should not exceed 15%. Mixing should be done while adding to ensure a uniform state.

Please do not apply in humid or cold weather (temperature below 5 ℃ or above 35 ℃, relative humidity greater than 85%), otherwise the expected coating effect cannot be achieved.

Please use in a well ventilated area. If it is necessary to work in a closed environment, ventilation devices must be installed and appropriate protective equipment must be used.

Manzz Tieli water-based acrylic metal protective paint is a water-based product that follows the principle of thin brushing multiple times and should not be applied excessively.

Theoretical paint consumption: 8-10 ㎡/coat per kilogram (based on a dry film of 30 microns)

*The actual paint consumption varies depending on the roughness of the construction surface, the construction method, and the construction environment.

Repainting/maintenance time:

● Watch time: 20 minutes. 

● Repainting time: with an interval of at least 4 hours.

● Maintenance time: 7 days/25 ℃; Low temperature (not lower than 5 ℃) should be appropriately prolonged to achieve the desired paint film effect.

● Cleaning: During the painting process and after the painting is completed, please clean all utensils with clean water in a timely manner.

Storage: Store in a cool and dry place at 0-35 ℃, sealed.
