Application scope:

Used for the protection and decorative coating of surfaces of various indoor and outdoor metals, outdoor metal structures, fences, and iron products.

Technical parameters:

Drying time: 2 hours/25 ℃

Re coating time: more than 6 hours/25 ℃

Theoretical dosage (1 dose): 8~10m2/kg (dry film thickness 30 microns)

Note: The drying time may vary with different environmental temperatures and humidity; The theoretical dosage is only applicable to white and light colored products, and the actual dosage may vary depending on the construction method, surface dryness and roughness, and construction environment.

Product storage:

Store in a cool and dry place, strictly prevent frost and exposure to sunlight, not lower than 5 ℃. The remaining paint should be sealed and covered, as impurities can cause the paint to deteriorate. If the product is not opened and properly stored, the shelf life is 2 years.

matters needing attention:

Painting should be carried out within a temperature range of 5-35 ℃, and the required air humidity for painting should be less than 85%;

Control the painting interval. Only after reaching the recoating time can the next coat of paint be applied. A too short recoating interval can cause slow drying and wrinkling of the underlying paint film.

Substrate processing:

① New substrate surface: Remove surface dust, oil stains, and other contaminants to ensure a clean, dry, and smooth surface.

② Old substrate surface: Remove surface oil stains, floating rust, loose, cracked old paint films, etc. until the surface is firm and flat, and wipe clean.

③ For rusted iron tools, surface rust must be removed and wiped clean. Manzz water-based rust free water-based metal primer can be used before subsequent construction.

④ This product is not a bottom to top integrated product, and all substrates need to be matched with Manzz water-based metal anti rust primer to avoid problems such as rusting of the topcoat.

Tool washing:

Immediately clean the tool with water and air dry it after use.
